内頸動脈血栓患者における眼底血圧測定—特に低血圧性網膜症と血管新生緑内障との関係

Ophthalmodynamometry in patients with internal carotid thrombosis.:Relationship with hypotensive retinopathy and neovascular glaucoma

　片側性内頸動脈血栓患者計65例についてMüller氏眼底血圧計を用いて眼動脈血圧の左右差を検討した。17例には患側に低血圧性網膜症を合併し，その中の6例に軽度の眼圧上昇と高度の視力低下を伴う血管新生緑内障が発生した。

（1）収縮期眼動脈血圧は，健側に比較して，眼所見の無い48例では24.5±11.3％（平均値±標準偏差），低血圧性網膜症のみの合併11例では42.5±15.5％，血管新生緑内障発生例では69.2±15.9％低下していた。各群間には著明な有意差がある。

（2）拡張期眼動脈血圧の低下は多少とも軽度で各群夫21.3±13.7％，32.9±10.1％，46.8±19.9％であった。

（3）眼底血圧測定により内頸動脈血栓の診断が容易に下せるのみならず，その眼合併予後の判定に資される。

In patients with unilateral thrombosis of internal carotid artery Müller's ophthalmodynamornetry was performed. Compared with the healthy side, the systolic pressure was lower on the affected side in 48 patients without hypotensive retinopathy by 24.5±11.3% (mean±standard deviation), in 11 patients with hypotensive retinopathy by 42.5±15.5% and in 6 patients with hypotensive retinopa-thy and neovascular glaucoma by 69.2±15.9%. The difference between the groups was highly sig-nificant. The decrease of diastolic pressure was somewhat less and amounted to 21.3±13.7%, 32.9±10.1% and 46.8±19.9% respectively.
