カルニゲンと網膜中心動脈血圧—正常血圧者及び低血圧者について

Effect of Carnigen on the Retinal Central Arterial Pressure in Normotensives and Hypotensives

緒言

　低血圧性循環調節障碍として頭重，めまい，不眠等の症状に対して従来種々なる療法が試みられて来たが，最近カルニゲン（Hoechst）（第1表）がこれらの疾患に用いられ，種々良好な結果を得ていることが内科方面から多数報告されている。

　私達はこの末梢循環に働く薬物であるカルニゲンを正常血圧者及び低血圧者に投与して，上腕血圧の変化と共に網膜中動脈血圧に及ぼす影響を観察し得たのでこゝに報告する次第である。

Carnigen, which contains Nucleosid extracted from the organs of the mammalias, isknown to be effective on hypotensive circulatory disturbances. We have investigated the effect of Carnigen on the brachial and retinal central arterial pressure in normotensive and hypotensive persons. No effect of Carnigen was observed on the both arterial pressures in normotensive persons. In essential hypotensives, the brachial and retinal central arterial pressure were elevated to their maximum 30 minutes after the intramus-cular injection of 2 ml of Carnigen, followed with a gradual decrease.
