Fundus perimeterによる乳頭黄斑間の網膜感度—強度近視眼について

Retinal sensitivity in the papillomacular area in high myopia by fundus-controlled perimetry

　強度近視の黄斑部機能を調べるために，眼底直視下視野計を用い，屈折度−6.25〜−27.0Dで10〜65歳の強度近視患者77名101眼について乳頭黄斑問の網膜感度を測定した。その結果，

（1）豹紋状眼底のみの視力良好なものでも，正常眼にくらべ，乳頭黄斑問の網膜感度の低下が認められた。

（2）豹紋状眼底のみで視力不良なものおよびび漫性網脈絡膜萎縮を呈するものは，ともに豹紋状眼底のみで視力良好な強度近視眼に比し，網膜感度は低下していた。

（3）近視性コーヌスは，全例暗点となっていた。眼局性網脈絡膜萎縮巣のうち，螢光眼底造影像で脈絡膜毛細血管板の消失があるものでは暗点となり，網膜色素上皮の障害のみのものでは，網膜感度の軽度の低下がみられた。

（4）中心窩における視覚の寄せ集め現象について検討した結果，正常眼と視力良好な豹紋状眼底の強度近視眼との問に差は認められなかった。しかし小視標における閾エネルギーは，強度近視眼の力が高い傾向で，31.5'以上の大きな視標ではその差がわずかであった。

Retinal sensitivity studies were made in the papillomacular area in 101 eyes with myopia of -6.25D or over. A fundus-controlled perimeter was used in the determination of sensitivity.

A decrease in retinal sensitivity was noted in my-opic eyes with tigroid fundus as the sole pathological change when compared with normal control.

This decrease was manifest in the both age groups of under and over 40 years.

A further decline in retinal sensitivity was noted in amblyopic high myopia with tigroid fundus and in myopia with diffuse chorioretinal atrophy.
