中心性漿液性脈絡網膜症の視機能—主として100—Hue Testについて

Color vision defects in central serous cho rioretinopathy using Farnsworth-Munsell 100-hue test

　中心性漿液性脈絡網膜症の回復過程ならびに残存する色覚障害の性質の観察を目的として，Farnsworth-Munsell 100—hue test （F-M100）とNagel I型Anomaloscopeにより経過観察を行った。F-M100の判定は総偏差点と前回報告した関数A （N）により行い，パターンの2極性の度合と性質の変化について検索した。

　その結果，（1） anomaloscopeによる異常比（A．Q．）の変動は眼底所見ならびに自覚症状と相関がみられたが，F-M100の総偏差点の変化はA．Q．および臨床所見との間に良い相関は得られなかった。

（2）健眼に比較し，軽度ではあるが長期にわたり色相識別能の障害が残存した。

（3）全経過を通して，F-M100のパターンは2極性を有し，長期にわたり後天性青-黄異常の性質を呈した。

The Farnsworth-Munsell 100-hue test was per-formed on 38 patients with central serous choriore-tinopathy. Variations in the patterns of the 100-hue test were observed in the course of recovery in 4 of these 38 patients. To evaluate the bipolarity and the characteristics of the bipolar patterns of the 100-hue test, the circular diagram of the 85 hues was divided into four quadrants and the error scores of each quadrant were calculated by moving the dividing lines one hue at a time through a complete cycle.
