Abstract 文献概要

　母角膜よりサイズを0.5〜1.0mm大きくした移植片を用いて角膜移植を行い，従来の母角膜と同じサイズの移植片を移植した場合とを比較した。その結果（1）手術時間は，same size例では1.8時間であったが，　disparate size例では1.1時間に短縮された。（2）術後の虹彩前癒着が，same size例では42％にみられたが，　disparate size例では，18％に減少した。（3）術後の角膜曲率半はsame size例では45.8D±3.4Dであったが，disparatesize例では47.8±2.7Dとなりdisparate size例の方が2.0ジオプター近視化した。（4）術後の視力は，両者に差がみられなかった。（5）移植角膜の厚さは，術後1週，および術後厚さが一定となった時期にて両者を比較すると，差がみられなかった。

We evaluated the post-operative course of 78 keratoplasty surgeries in order to assess the benefits of using grafts 0.5 or 1.0 mm larger than recipient beds. We divided the 78 cases into two groups : 40eyes in which the donor transplant was larger than the recipient bed and 38 eyes in which the donor button was equal in size to the recipient bed. All surgeries were performed under an opera-ting microscope.
