眼球再建のための角膜移植

Reconstructive keratoplasty. Report of 10 cases

　従来の治療法では，治療困難な高度の角膜病変に対し，眼球の形を保持することを目的に，角膜移植術および硝子体切除術を同時に行うreconstructive keratoplastyを行った。

　対象は1979年6月から1981年5月までの2年間に行った10例で，眼球保存の目的は全例に達せられた。視力改善も5例にみられた。これらの原疾患，経過等につぎ検討し，原疾患・適応を選べば眼球形態の保存に有用な方法であるとの結論を得た。

We performed reconstructive keratoplasty com-bined with open-sky anterior vitrectomy in 10 cases during the 2-year period ending May, 1981. Fresh corneas were used in 8 cases and frozen preserved ones in 2. In all the treated cases, the shape of the eyeball could be preserved. An improvement in visual acuity resulted in 5 cases. Hemorrhage dur-ing and after surgery was one of the frequent but manageable complications.
