Abstract 文献概要

　Fundus Haploscopeおよび座標読取装置を用い，眼底像において乳頭重心と固視点を結ぶ線と水平線のなす角（P-F角）を測定し，前報における正常者の測定結果と斜視想者の結果とを比較検討した。結果は次のごとくであった。

（1）水平斜視におけるP-F角は，正常者のP-F角に比し，値のバラツキが大きかった。

（2）上下筋異常例においては，大部分の症例では，異常筋のもつまわし作用に応じて外まわしずれあるいは内まわしずれを認めた。しかし，なかには眼筋のまわし作用から推察されるまわしずれとは反対のまわしずれを示す例も認められた。

（3）上下直筋の異常例でもかなり大きなまわしずれを認めた。

Quantitated measurement of cyclodeviation was performed in 68 cases with various types of strabis-mus with the use of Fundus Haploscope and in-frared television cameras. Fundus photography was made through a Fundus Haploscope recording, sim-ultaneously, the vertical line and the point of fixa-tion. The angle, formed by the horizontal line and the line linking the center of gravity of the disc and the point of fixation, was tentatively named as the papillofoveal angle; (P-F angle) and was measured by projecting the negative film on a digitizing tablet connected to a computer.
