Abstract 文献概要

（1）両眼底が同時に視標とともに観察することのできるFundus Haploscopeを用い，まわし融像における融像幅の測定および眼球運動を観察記録し，さらに画像解析装置により眼球運動を水平・垂直・回旋の3成分に分けて測定，解析し，まわし融像における感覚性融像と運動性融像を比較検討した。

（2）融像幅は視標の回転が時計方向時11.5°，反時計方向時8.9°であった。

（3）まわし融像の際みられたまわし運動は自覚的な融像幅の約1／10以下のわずかなものであり，また固視微動中にもかなりのまわし運動がみられたことから，ただ単に融像におけるmotor componentと考えるより，固視微動と関連したものとした方が妥当と思われた。

（4）まわし融像においては感覚性融像が主体であって運動性融像はほとんどないと考えられる。

By using Fundus Haploscope with infrared tele-vision camera which allows the observation of the fundus of both eyes simultaneously, the cyclofusion-al movement was investigated objectively in the normal subject. The cyclofusional movement was measured on the fundus picture by image analyser and analysed as horizontal, vertical and rotatory component.

The rotational movement of 42 min arc in maxi-mum amplitude was observed, but during fixation of the same target the rotational movement of 33 min arc also ocurred.
