Abstract 文献概要

　種々の病態，発症年齢を示す18例の斜視患者について，手術中に得た外眼筋（18例）を病理学的に検索した。その結果，8例（44.4％）では正常筋が得られ，7例では採取量の不足に起因すると思われる結合織標本しか得られなかった。3例（16.7％）では筋原性の要因が考えられる所見を得たが，そのうちの1例は炎症性ミオパチー，他の1例はこれまでに報告のない筋病理所見を有する肝糖原病の1例であった。これらの筋の変化が，非麻痺性斜視の原因になりうるか否かは，現在のところ明確ではないが，これまでにそうした症例の筋所見を観察した文献が乏しい点から考えて，将来の研究をまって，結論を明確にする必要があると考えた。

We performed pathological and histochemical studies of muscle specimens obtained during sur-gery in 18 patients with nonparalytic strabismus. In 8 cases, the specimens contained muscle fibers with normal ranges in diameter and structure. The findings indicated that the lower motor neuron and muscles were not pathologically involved. In ano-ther 8 cases, the specimens contained a large a-mount of connective tissue without any muscle fibers. In one of these, there were numerous small nerves suggestive of replacement of muscle fibers by fibrosis, due possibly to myopathic process.
