川崎病の急性虹彩炎を示した2例

Acute iritis as a manifestation of acute febrile mucocutaneous lymphnode syndrome

（1）急性熱性皮膚粘膜リンパ節症候群（川崎病）の7歳と6歳の女児に漿液性虹彩炎を合併した症例を報告した。

（2）虹彩炎は後遺症もなく2週間で消褪した。

（3）川崎病と虹彩炎の関連について考察した。

Two female children, aged 6 and 7 years each, developed acute serous iritis as a complication of acute febrile mucocutancous lymphnode syndrome (MCLS). The serous iritis became manifest 5 to 7 days after onset of systemic signs of the disease. The iritis was brought to cure two weeks after detection.
