中心性漿液性網脈絡膜症に対するコルチコステロイド剤の影響について

An evaluation of corticosteroid treatment for central serous chorioretinopathy

　中心性漿液性網脈絡膜症がコルチコステロイド剤全身投与中に惹起した5例と，本症に対しステロイド剤内服療法が行われた9例につき，矯正視力，中心暗点，漿液性剥離の大きさ，螢光眼底所見などの臨床経過を検討した。その結果predni-soloneとして20mg／日以上の投与は，本症の発症ないし増悪をおこす可能性があり，中心性漿液性網脈絡膜症患者および既往のある例には禁忌であると考えられた。

Fourteen cases with central serous chorioretino-pathy (CSC) treated by systemic corticosteroid and twenty-six cases without treatment (control group) were selected out of 204 cases who were diagnosed as CSC for the past six years in our clinic. Out of fourteen cases, CSC developed in five cases while under a high dosage of admini-stration of corticosteroid due to other disease. Three of the cases had a previous history of CSC. The dosage of the five cases which deve-loped CSC was more than 20mg as prednisolone per day for 8 days.
