緒　言

　われわれは現在までに約100例の経毛様体扁平部硝子体切除術を行つて来たが，今回はこれらの症例中から，眼外傷合併症をとりあげ，その手術成績，合併症などについて報告する。また，今回の観察対象についての手術成績および関連文献から参考事項を資料として，今後の眼外傷合併症に対する治療方針について考按を加えてみたい。

Intraocular complications due to various ocular trauma, such as penetrating ocular in juries (6 cases), intraocular foreign bodies (4 cases), and ocular contusions (3 cases) were treated with vit-rectomy and encircling procedures.

In 7 of the 13 cases surgical success were achie-ved ; 3 of the 6 cases with penetrating ocular injuries, 2 of the 4 cases with intraocular foreign bodies and 2 of the 3 cases with ocular contu-sions.

In 4 of the 13 cases, 3 cases of retinal dialysis and 1 case of retinal tear production occurred. Two of the retinal dialysis cases were treated successfully.
