硝子体手術に関する臨床的研究—（その6）網膜静脈閉塞症およびくも膜下出血に伴つて発生した硝子体出血に対する手術成績

緒　言

　われわれは前報^1）〜4）までに，重症糖尿病性網膜症の眼内合併症，Eales病，眼外傷などに対する経毛様体扁平部硝子体切除術（以下，単に硝子体切除術と略記）の手術成績を報告してきたが，今回は網膜静脈閉塞症およびくも膜下出血に伴つて発生した硝子体出血に対する手術成績について報告する。両者を一括して報告する理由については後にものべるが，両者の硝子体混濁の病態が非常に類似しているためである。すなわち，大多数の症例において，乳頭とvitreous baseに癒着をもつた硝子体剥離を来たしている。このため手術々式も比較的容易な術式の適応となる。

The authors treated 22 eyes of 18 cases with vitreous pathologies due to retinal vein obstru-ction (19 eyes of 16 cases) and Terson's syndrome (vitreous hemorrhage accompanied with subara-chnoid hemorrhage, 3 eyes of 2 cases) by means of pars plana vitrectomy.

Regarding the vitreous changes, both diseases showed almost the same pathologies ; the post-erior vitreous was not completely detached.Usually adhesion was found at the disk. Some-times the vitreous was attached to the retina.Proliferations along the detached posterior vitre-ous surface were usually dense and looked like a membrane.
