メラニンの生体内合成に関する研究—交感神経毒の影響

Studies on composition of melanin in living bodies:Influence of sympathotoxic agents

　健常成熟白色家兎，雄42羽，雌42羽を用い，雌雄夫々に塩酸アドレナリン，塩酸コカイン，塩酸エフェドリン，ネオシネジンコーワ1号，エタンスルホン酸エルゴトキシン，酒石酸エルゴタミン，イミダリンを，夫々臀筋内に2週間毎日注射し，その中間にMn，Mco，SM＋Mc_II，SM，墨，夫々を，皮内と前房内に注入し，2週後と4週後に皮膚切除，眼球摘出し，虹彩と皮膚を，組織学的に検し，一部では虹彩を電子顕微鏡的に検した。

　1．墨は交感神経刺戟剤，遮断剤の種類前房内注入後の期間の長短，雌雄の如何に拘らず，同程度に虹彩に沈着していたが，墨以外は刺戟剤，遮断剤の種類注入後の期間，雌雄によつて夫々沈着が違つて居た。

On 84 adult albino rabbits, including 42 males and 42 females, either one of adrenaline, cocaine, ephedrine, Neo-Synesin KOWA No. 1, ergotoxine ethanesulfonate, ergotamine tar-tarate and Imidalin was injected intramuscularly every day for two weeks.

On the 7th day of the serial injections, either one of Mn, Mco, SM+McII and India ink also was injected into the skin and the anterior chamber of rabbits.

Excision of the skin and enucleation of the eyeball were performed two or four weeksafter the latter injection.
