症例
患者:31歳男
初診:昭和35年8月29日
A case of rodmonochromatism with a complaint of pupillary abnormality was described. The patient showed the following symptoms.
1) Photophobia.
2) Day blindness.
3) Low visual acuity ; 6/60 (n. c.) each.
4) Absence of the ability to distinguish colours.
5) The brightest part was situated at 520 to 530mμ on the spectrum, and it corresponded to the green part with normal photopic vision.
6) Diminution of the light reflex of the pupil.
