交感性眼炎の電顕的研究—メラニン生成細胞とメラニン貪食細胞

Electron Microscopy of Sympathetic Ophthalmia

緒言

　交感性眼炎の病因に関しては古くから種々議論があるが，Vogt—小柳—原田症候群とともに交感性眼炎が色素細胞に密接に関係のある疾患であるという点についてはほとんど異論がない^1）2）3）。

　今回3例の交感性眼炎の起交感眼を電顕レベルで研究する機会を得たので，それらの後極部脈絡膜組織内のメラニン生成細胞（Melanocyte）ならびにメラニン貪食細胞（Melanophage）を，通常，連続切片ならびに細胞化学的電顕法を用いて観察し，それらを脈絡膜悪性黒色腫ならびに外傷によつて脱出した脈絡膜組織内のMelanocyteならびにMelanophageの微細構造と比較し，2,3の知見を得たのでここに報告する。

The exciting eyes of three cases of sympa-thetic ophthalmia were examined under an ele-ctron microscope, using conventional and cyto-chemical techniques. Attention was paid on ultrastructural changes of both melanocytes and melanophages in the choroid. The results obtain-ed are summarized as follows.

1. Melanocytes were frequently surrounded by numerous lymphocytes containing lysosomes and desmosome-like connections were found between the former and the latter.
