　屈折異常の研究に於て，角膜曲率半径や前房の深さの関係を検討した業績は多く見られる。しかし屈折異常の一つの異型と考えられる不同視眼に於て，これらの関係を検討した業績は少ない。我我は外来受診者より，不同視眼の患者を選択して，片眼正視一片眼近視，片眼正視一片眼遠視及び両眼近視の不同視眼を各々のグループ毎に角膜曲率半径と前房の深さについて，屈折異常側及び正常側に分けて平均値と相関関係を検討し若干の考察を行なつたのでここに報告する。

The author investigated 108 eyes of 54 patients with anisometropia. There were 16 patients with anisometropia of the emmetropia-myopia type, 16 patients of the emmetropia hyperopia type and 22 patients of the myopia-myopia type. The author measured the radius of the corneal curvature and the depth of the anterior chamber by Jaeger's apparatus of the Zeiss Company, then classified their values in two groups, that is, in the emmetropic group and in the ametropic group, and compared them with each other.
