I．緒言

　隅角鏡検査が今日の如く広く一般に用いられるようになつた事は，緑内障の診断及び治療にとつて大きな進歩と云えよう。しかしながら従来の隅角鏡検査では，隅角の狭い症例に於ては，隅角部の変化を確実に知る事がむずかしい問題であつた。そこで著者は1955年末より論文その1^1）及びその2^2）に述べた如く，空気前房法と云う新たな隅角の直接視診法を考按した。

　本法は安全且つ確実な方法であるが，残念な事に写真撮影が困難で，この点に関してなかなか満足な方法が得られなかつた。最近新たな撮影方法を考按してほぼ満足すべき結果を得たので報告する。

A new photographic equipment was devised for goniophotography by anterior air cham-ber method. Using the new equipment, it was possible to extend the distance between lens and objects and to increase magnification up to 3.5 times. The equipment can be applied not only to goniophotography by air chamber method, but also to that by usual gonioscopy or magnifying photography of the outside of the eye.
