radial keratotomyを行った565眼のうち109人141眼が2.5D以上の不同視を伴っており，いずれも眼鏡およびCLに耐えられない症例であった．この141眼の不同視眼のうち77眼にはradial keratotomyは屈折度の強いほうの眼にのみ行われ，64眼では両眼に異なった矯正量で行われた．全例に不同視の軽減がみられ，眼鏡装用が可能になった．また粟屋式New AniseikoniaTestで測定した6例では術前に比して術後の不等像視の軽減を認めた．不同視眼はcontact lensで矯正出来ない限り，radial keratotomyで不同視を軽減させ眼鏡矯正すると良い結果をうる．
I performed radial keratotomy on 565 eyes in 291 patients over a 4-year period until August, 1985. Among this series, there were 141 eyes, 109 patients, having anisometropia of 2.5D or more. All the 109 patients did not tolerate spectacles or contact lenses.
In 77 eyes, 77 patients, radial keratotomy was perfor-med as an unilateral procedure in the more myopic eye. In the other 64 eyes, 32 patients, both eyes were treatedby keratotomy with different amounts of intended correction.
The surgery resulted in reduction of anisometropia in all the 109 cases and enabled them to tolerate glasses.
