緒言

　眼底に小さな白斑が多数現れる疾病は数多くあり，敢て奇とするに足らない。

　結核が原因と考えられる視神経乳頭炎に初まり，主として乳頭周囲より黄斑部に小白斑が現れ，又瀰漫性脈絡膜炎を生じた例は，その相似たものに庄司先生が報告されたもの，鈴木，井出，秋田氏の例，最近は吉富氏の例等がある。

Four cases of neuroretinitis which were seemed to be caused by tuberculosis were studi-ed. All the cases developed numerous white spots in the fundus. The picture was simi-lar to that in the case of "retinitis exudativa tuberculosa, Knapp" or the case which was reported by Yositomi entitled "a seldom case of neuroretinitis accompanied with marked white spots."

However, the cases observed by authors were different from the Knapp's case in the state of papilla nervi optici and from the Yositomi's case in the type of white spots.
