Abstract 文献概要

　流行性角結膜炎（以下流角結炎と略す）の角膜所見としては一般に瀰漫性，点状性の角膜表層混濁を来たすものが多く，角膜上皮剥離や潰瘍を伴う症例は比較的稀とされている。最近私達は急性濾胞性結膜炎症状を呈し，その最盛期にヘルペス様角膜上皮剥離を起し，その治癒後表層点状角膜炎を来たして流角結炎の診断をつけ得た2症例を経験したので報告する。

Two cases of epidemic ceratoconjunctivitis were reported which were accompanied with corneal erosio at the maximum stage of the conjunctival hyperamy and after the disappea-rence of the erosio showed ceratitis superficialis punctata. The erosio were supposed due to herpetic damage because of the existence of corneal hypasthesy, descemetitis and the dendritic form. The mechanism of discussed from the point of the affinity of the two pathogenetic germs.
