内直筋麻痺の1治験例

A case of ocular muscle paralysis

緒言

　眼筋麻痺の治験に関する報告は，内外の文献に数多く見られる処であるが，内直筋単独麻痺の治験例は案外少ない様である。内直筋は動眼神経の支配によるが私は当初左眼の内直筋が麻痺し，次に右眼の内直筋が麻痺し，引続いて，外旋神経の支配下にある外直筋が両側共に麻痺し，諸種の薬物療法に依つては仲々回復し得ないので，腰椎穿刺及び髄腔内「ヴイタミン」注入を施行した処，短期間に治効を収めた症例を経験したので，此処に報告する次第である。

A seven years old child with spontaneous ocular muscle paralysis was treated unsuccess-fully with various agents and cured with lumbar puncture and intrathecal injection of vitamine. The ocular muscle paralysis was found to be due to ascariasis.
