ニコチン酸の奏効した中心性網脈絡膜炎

Chorioretinitis centralis treated with nicotic acid

　従来中心性網脈絡膜炎の予後は，一般に良効であり，自然治癒の傾向が認められる疾患である事はよく知られている。それ故に色々な療法を行つて視力が回復しても，治療による治癒か，自然治癒によるものか一般に区別がつきにくいものである。今回，私達は種々の治療を受けたにもかかわらず視力の出なかつた中心性網脈絡膜炎に，強力な血管拡張作用を有するニコチン酸（ナイクリン：山之内製薬）を使用し著効のあつた例，及びはじめからナイクリン単独療法を行い，短期間に視力の回復を得た例，あわせて4例を経験し，これが明らかにナイクリンの効果によるものと考えられたのでここに報告する。

Four cases of chorioretinitis centralis were successfully treated with subconjunctival injection of nicotic acid (Nyclin). Improvement of visual acuity was seen in all cases and dilatatic action of Nyclin was supposed to have played the most important roll.
