- Abstract 文献概要
緑内障のAnthranil酸（A酸と略す）療法，とくに我々の原法である微量内服法の奏効機作をTonography法によつて検討したのでその成績を発表する。
臨床上診断の明かな慢性緑内障患者10名の10眼，うち2名2眼は既往に他医によつてTrepanationを受けたものである。
The effects of orally administered anthranilic acid on ten simple glaucomatous eyes in ten patients were investigated tonographically. The facility of outflow C was increased at the average rate of 42.6%, and the rate of inflow F was also increased at the average rate of 25.8%. Such increase in F is considered to be caused by the moderate diminution of the resistance in aqueous outflow which has been brought on by the anthranilic acid ad-ministration.
