視神経疾患に対するネオメタボリンの脊髄腔内注入療法について

The effect of the lumbal injection of neometaboline (TOED) on optical nervous diseases

1．緒言

　私達^1）は先に，急性軸性視神経炎，慢性軸性視神経炎及び視神経萎縮の症例に対して，アリナミンの脊髄腔内注入を行い，認むべき治験を得て之を報告した。

　最近，新しいビタミンB₁誘導体TOED（Thi-amine-β-hydroxyethyldisulfide）　の製剤として，ネオメタボリンが造られている。TOEDは第1図に示す様な構造を有し，白色乃至微黄色の針状結晶で，水に溶け難く，アルコールには溶け，エーテル，ベンゾール，クロロホルム等には溶けない。酸には可溶で，その1分子とピリミジン核4位のアミノ基との間に，塩を形成する。アルカリには不溶である。

The lumbal injection of Neometaboline (TOED) were examined for 5 cases of Neuritis re-trobulbaris acuta, 2 cases of Neuritis retrobulbaris chronica and 2 cases of Atrophia nervi optici.

As the results, it was recognized that the effect of Neometaboline one Neuritis retrobul-baris was remarkable.
