Anthranil酸錠・5-Oxy-Anthranil酸錠・5-Oxin錠の緑内障に対する使用経験

Administration of anthranilic acid tablets, 5-oxy-anthranilic acid tablets and 5-oxin tablets for glaucoma

　Tryptophanが必須Amino酸の一である事は今日衆知の事であつて，殊に動物の成長に欠くべからざるものである事は数多くの実験によつて立証されている。

　殊にTryptophanの中間代謝に関しては，阪大名譽教授古武博士の輝かしい幾多の業績がある。

16 eyes of glaucoma in 11 cases were administered 15mg per day of anthranilic acid tablet, 16 eyes in 10 cases were administered 0.9 mg per day of 5-oxy-anthranilic acid tablet, and 11 eyes in 7 cases were given 5-oxin tablet.

1) Anthrainlic acid tablet, 5-oxy-anthranilic acid tablet and 5-oxin tablet were effective for glaucoma simplex and its variation, but not so effective for glaucoma congestiva as for glau-coma simplex.

2) There is almost no difference in the therapeutic effect as for anthranilic acid tablet, 5-oxy-anthranilic acid tablet, and 5-oxin tablet.
