Abstract 文献概要

　白内障手術に於いてその水晶体の摘出に当り新しい鉤を考案し，数年来，これを用いて好結果を得たのでここに報告する次第である。

　従来，白内障手術の際に水晶体の摘出法は周知の如く嚢外摘出と嚢内摘出とがある。

In this paper, a new instrument for the extraction of crystalline lens was reported. The instrument is a hook shaped 3 in figure. The instrument is easy to keep the position, When it was sticked lens.

At the operation, the hook is able to move freely after it was inserted into the lens. By this circular movement of the hook, the lens will be cut from zona fibers. When the hook is pulled back from the eye, lens will be found in hanging at the end of the hook.

The prognosis after operation was good.
