　小児にみられる眼球突出は，眼窩悪性腫瘍によつて起ることが多く，比較的屡々遭遇する緑色腫にせよ肉腫にせよ予後の不良は視器のみにとどまらず，最も警戒すべきものに属する。そのひとつに交感神経系の胎生期の未分化細胞に由来する一連の腫瘍がある。これは元来稀であるが，最近われわれの経験した一例は，臨床上Ewing氏腫瘍と疑われ，剖検の結果ジンパトゴニオームの診断を得，眼部には未だ文献に類のない所見を見出したので報告する。

The author reportd a case, 2 year and a month old girl- which was clinically suspicious of Ewing tumor in the thigh, then produced exophthalmos, blepharal ecchymosis, and lagop-hthalmic keratitis.

As a result of autopsy the tumor was regarded as sympathicoblastoma developed in the retroperitoneal sympatheticus and metastasized to liver, kidney, thigh, rib, sternum, and orbit.

In the histological sample of eyeball the choroidal blood vessel embolism caused by the tumor and tumorous infiltration below the corneal epithelium were also observed.
