異常瞳孔反応（反射性瞳孔強直症，瞳孔緊張症，絶対性瞳孔強直症等）の成立病理について（其の2）—自験例11例を中心として

On the pathogenesis of the abnormal pupillary reflexes (reflex stiff pupil, pupillotonia and absolute pupil); especially on authors' 11 cases

I．緒言

　反射性瞳孔強直症，瞳孔緊張症，絶対性瞳孔強直症の3者は，従来独立した別個の疾患と考えられ，夫々別個に成立病理が論ぜられて来た。然して其の成立病理に関しても多くの説が見られ，甲論乙駁尚多くの疑問の点を残している。これらの学説に比べれば，著者等が先月号（新知識の欄）に紹介したPoosの学説は，従来問題とされていた問題点をより鮮かに説明しているように思われる。

　今回筆者等は11例の自験例に更に重要な幾つかの文献例を加えて，これら疾患にPoos学説に基づく新しい視野より検討を加えて見ようと考えた。勿論検討と言つても生理学的薬物学的実験を行つた訳ではなく，又彼の学説に批判的考察を加えると言うより，寧ろ幾つかの問題点を指摘し，今後本疾患患者を観察して行く場合の一つの参考資料を提供すると言つた方が真に近い。然して敢て此の様な考察を加えて見たのも彼の学説が批判検討すべき価値があると信じたからに外ならない。

From the clitical stand point to Poos' theory in-troduced in the previous communication the authors investigated the clinical pictures of these deseases such as reflex stiff pupil, pupillotonia and absolute pupil including authors' 11 cases and anothers picked out of the medical literature, on the following 6 points ; size of pupil, problems of the unilateral and bilateral, iris atrophy, tendon reflexes complication and migration, and relation with syphlis.
