脈絡膜転移癌の1例

A case of chorioidal metastatic cancer

Ⅰ．緒言

　脈絡膜転移癌の報告の多くは，原発癌の既往歴を持つているが，此度，既往歴無くして単なる網膜剥離と思われたものが，網膜下液染色により，脈絡膜転移癌を疑い，眼球摘出した結果改めて転移癌なる事を確診した。

A case of chorioidal metastatic cancer and its statistics are reported.

A case : A man of 68 years old, diagnosed as the detachment of the retina, was operated on and several malignant cells were unexpe-ctedly found in the exudate. Suspicious of chorioidal metastatic cancer, the author performed the enucleation of the eyeball with the result that it was proved pathologically to be chorioidal metastatic cancer.
