緒言

　1880年Bourneville氏に癲癇発作のある白痴患者の大脳皮質に結節性硬化巣を見出し，これに結節性脳硬化症と命名した。又これと無関係にBal-zer-Menetrier氏（1885年），Pringle氏（1890年）等は顔面に対称性に多発する母斑性皮膚疾患を皮脂腺腫という名称の下に報告したが，Pela-gatti氏（1904年），Vogt氏（1908年）等により上記の疾患が同一疾患の異なる発現であることが明らかにされ，Bourneville-Pringle氏病と呼ばれるようになつた。

　本疾患の眼底に変化のあることを初めて報告したのはVanderHoeve氏（1921年）である。彼の報告以来眼底変化を伴つた本疾患は約60例に達している。本邦に於ても中安氏（昭和10年）の報告を初めとして，爾後20例を数えるが，その組織学的検索を行つたのは中安，広瀬-永江，竹内-竹内，の三氏に過ぎず，又外国に於てもVanderHoeve，Schob，Best，Feriz，Horniker-Salom，Fleischer，Messinger-clarke，Kazn-elson-Meksinaf，Tarlau-Mc．Grath，Lowen-stein-stiel等の諸氏の報告例がみられるのみである。

A girl 11 years old, who have had the congenital subcuticuar pinna in the right ear and aden-oma sebaceum on her face since 6 years old, showed a symptom like a cerebral tumor. By clinical examination a calcified focus in the X: ray photograph of her brain and tumors of the optic disc in her both eyes were noticed. She died three months after. Neither epileptic spesm nor interference of mental develepment was observed, and no relation of heredity was found.
