Behçet氏病眼球の病理組織学的研究（続報）

Further studies on histo-pathology of the eyeballs of Behçet's disease

　私共は昨年（1958年）の本臨床眼科学会に於て，自験のBehçet氏病の5眼球と，他から寄与された7眼球の組織所見を基にして，本症の眼球病変に就て樹てた独自の見解を発表した。其後1年間に更に4眼球を剖検することが出来，前回発表の見解を確認し得るとともに，尚新たな所見を得た外，1部に電子顕微鏡的研究を行い自説を一層確固たるものにし得たので，其等の結果をまとめて報告する。

　此の4例の臨床諸症状を第1表に一括して表示した。

After the previous report published in 1958, the authors obtained four eye balls of the patients who were suffering from Behçet's disease and examined histologically. In these cases too, the chief lesion exsisted in the retina, presenting a severe inflammation of the blood vessels (both arteries and veins). But the uveal tissues, especially the iris and the choroid were slso involved, being infiltrated by leucocytes (mainly plasma cells and lym-phocytes). Ultrathin sections of the retinal and the choroidal tissues were examined un-der the electron microscope.
