広汎な転移を伴つた眼瞼癌の一剖検例

An autopsy case of palpebral carcinoma with generalized metastasis

緒論

　眼瞼癌は左程珍しい疾患ではないが，眼部には生命保持に絶対必要な器官がないこと，その発育が極めて緩慢なこと及びその転移が著しくないこと等の理由により，本病で死亡する例に，我々眼科医が遭遇することは極めて少く，更に剖検の機会にめぐまれることは殆どない。

　文献上，今西氏（大12年，肝転移を示す），Tallei氏（1926，全身衰弱を示す），生駒氏（昭31年，全身衰弱を示す）等の剖検例が報告されているが，今西氏の報告例は記載が簡単であり，後二者の例は全身転移が認められていない。

An autopsy case, 74 year old female who had an epidermoid carcinoma on the right upper palpebral margin is presented here.

One year after removal of the primary carcinoma, metastasis occurred on the right lower eyelid, and one year after that reccurrent carcinoma appeared to be infiltrating into right orbit. Despite complete ocular extirpation and energetical radiation therapy, lymph node metastasis appeared in the right parotid and neck region. The patient died of generalized carcinomatosis, 7 years and a half after onset and 3 years after the first operation.
