　眼科領域に於ては肉腫の症例を見る事は左程稀でないが，それが眼瞼に原発する事は極めて尠い。

　私共は最近下眼瞼に原発した紡錘形細胞肉腫を経験し，その誘因，治療と其経過に於て興味ある所見を観察し得たので茲に報告し，諸賢の御批判を乞う次第である。

The authors examined a rare case of spindle celle sarcoma occurred in the inferior eyelid, and gained interest results in the treatment and progress of the disease.

1. A 66 year-old man: 3 years ago tumor had appeared in the inferior eyelid of the right eye and corroded so often.

And it has widened to the area peripheral to the margin of the eyelid since one-half year ago.

The inferior eyelid has lost the shape all most, the rough celle tissues were proliferated in stead and eroded in part. However any swelling was not observed in the regional lymphatic gland.
