虹彩，毛様体惡性黒色腫の1例

Malignant melanoma of the iris and ciliary body

I．緒言

　虹彩及び毛様体に発生する悪性黒色腫は極めて稀有な疾患であつて河本軍次郞氏の原発性葡萄膜肉腫100例に関する知見補遺に依れば94例は脈絡膜肉腫，6例は毛様体肉腫で虹彩肉腫は1例もなかつた。最近吾々は極めて興味ある虹彩，毛様体悪性黒色腫を経験したので報告する。

A 11 year-old girl: The authors examined tumor of black color, which was observed in the pupil of the right eye, biomicroscopically and gonioscopically, then took a photograph of the angle of the anterior chamber.

Thus it was diagnosed as the malignant melanoma of the uvea. After the enucleation of the eye ball the authors conducted a histological investigation and concluded that it would be a rare case of the malignant melanoma of the iris and ciliary body risen from the pigment epithelcell.
