緒言

　第3色盲（Tritanopia）については，その症例が極めて少数であるため，私共の本症に関する知識は，Fischer^8）9），Wright^11）12），Talbot^10）等によつて瞭らかにされている範囲を出ない。

　第3色盲としての報告例はVintschgau （194）を矯矢としてLevy （'06），Piper （'05），Koeller（'13），Farnsworth （'43），Göthlin （'43），Fi-scher （'49，'51），Wright （'52）の諸氏の報告がある。このうち，Vintschgau， Koellerの例は全色弱に近いものであり，Piperの例も純粋な第3色盲ではない。今日，純粋な例として信じられる症例は，Wrightの7例とFischerの2例があるのみである。

Reports of male aged 48 who was diagnosed congenital tritanopia with slight secondary anomaly by examination using many kinds of pseudoisochromatic plates and type II of ano-maloscope. From investigatin using results of the case on Oguchi's, Stilling's, H-R-R's and Dewa's achromatic plates for tertiary anomaly, it was concluded that H-R-R's plates is best to discover tertiary anomaly and to measure its stage.
