Two Cases of Groenblad-Strandberg's Syndrome

I．緒言

　全身病と関係のある眼の疾患の一つとして，Groenblad-Strandberg症候群があり，これは系統的な結合組織の遺伝疾患である。Doyneは1889年に網膜に於ける黒褐色の線条形成について始めて記載し，1929年にGroenbladが眼球の組織所見を発表すると共に，皮膚科医であるStra—ndbergとの協力で色素線条が弾力線維性仮性黄色腫と合併する事を発表した。これ以後本症が全身弾力線維の退行変性に起因するもので，皮膚，眼のみならず，循環系障害をも合併する事が判つて来ている。著者らは本症の2例を経験したので報告する。

A report is presented over two cases of Gro-enblad-Strandberg's syndrome. The first case, a female of 28 years of age, showed angioid streaks, mottling of the fundus and pseudoxan-thoma elasticum. The second case, a 19-year-old male, presented peripapillary choroidal atro-phic zone in only one eye with negative derma-tological findings. Spontaneous macular haemo-rrhage occurred in the affected eye later. The mottling of the (Shimizu 1961) is regarded as a major ocular sign of the Groenblad-Strandberg's syndrome.
