緒言

　明治41年，高安は眼底血管に特有なる花環状吻合があり，白内障を合併した本態不明の一例を報告し，大西は更に同様症状に両腕の橈骨動脈々搏をふれない一例を追加した。爾来，之れと同様な症状を有する疾患は時々報告されたが，本態不明の儘，種々の名称がつけられて来た。昭和23年，清水・佐野は症候学，病理学，病原論的見地より，従来の報告例及び自己の症例30例について，詳細な綜説を発表し，本病を脈なし病と命名した。昭和25年，柳田は脈なし病の眼症状を，血管拡張期，吻合期，合併症期の三期に分類し，漸く本病の症候が明らかになつて来た。然しながら，本病の本態に就いては，尚未だ不明であるといわざるをえない状態である。昭和31年迄本病の報告は，本邦では124例，外国では12例がある。余等は過去数年間に脈なし病（高安・大西）の6例を経験し，特にその4例では血管心臓撮影を行なつたので，茲に報告する。

6 patients who are 22, 33, 25, 39 and 46 years old women, and 51 years old man investigated on the pulseless disease (TAKAYASU.ONISHI) and then angiocardiography was treated for those 4 patients of age 22, 39 and 46 years old women, and 51 years old man.

As a result it was made clear that there were two types of the pulseless disase : one shows some changes on eye with no sign of the pulse of radial artery, the other shows no changes on eye with no sign of the pulse of radial artery.
