緒言
虹彩紋理に就いての報告は眼科学的或は人類学的方面よりしても少ない。
虹彩紋理は周知の如く人種，個人，年齡的に相違するもので，これが精密な分類は困難なるも，その大要の分類を行うに大体二つの方法が考えられる。
From the viewpoint of the ophthalmology and anthropology I have made the observation concerning the following items with the righteye of 125 male students.
1) pigmentbrim: visible Ca 62%, invisible Ca 38%.
2) Lesser ring of the iris: lack 4.8%, sleek trace 5.6%, narrow 15.2%, wide 60.8%, relatively strong wide 13.6%.
3) greater ring of the iris:
a) Crypto: visible 32.0%, invisible 68.0%
b) Numerals of the crypto: 1~2 45%, 3~5 27.5%, 6~10 20.0%, over 10 7.5%.
c) Position of the crypto;
wide seperate 52.5%, near by the iriskrause 47.5%, around the whole ciliarzone exist 20.0%, other 80.0%.
