本邦人胎児黄斑部の発育過程について（Ⅰ）

Development of the Macula lutea of an embryo of Japanese (Report Ⅰ.)

緒言

　動物網膜の発育過程については内外を問わず幾多の研究があるが，人眼網膜特に黄斑部の発育についての研究は比較的少く，外国にてはChievi-tz, Seefelder, Mann等の研究が代表的のものであり，本邦にては最近中村教授の概説及び市川氏の研究があり，市川氏はその細胞の発育過程について詳細に報告した。文献に依れば成人黄斑部の呈する形態は胎生時より存在するものではない様である。然らば黄斑部は胎生時にはどの様な形態の変化過程を辿るのであろうか。これについて私は本邦胎児を用い検索し若干の知見を得たので報告する。

My study on the development of the embryo of Japanese showed that the cell-cleavage and the precession of toe retinal full appearence, especially the in crease of the layer of ganglion cell and the persistence of the layer of Chievitz in the embryo of 96 days old were the early figure of the development of Macula lutea. But no depression of Foyer centralis had been observed till the embryo has aged 160 days.
