A woman of 28 years old. 150 tablets of brovarin were used for her suicide. She awakened 18 hours later from her attempted suicide. Mydriasis remained in the left eye.

Visual acuity: left 0.1, right 0.7. The left pupil: 7.5mm. The right: 3.5mm. Direct and indirect light reflex: left (-), right (+). Miosis of the left pupil occured after pilocarpine administration, but began to dilate some hours later, and became the same as before 24 hours later. Paralysis of the accommodation was remained.
