急性ブロバリン中毒者の1眼にみられた散瞳症

Mydriasis Appeared in the Patient of Acute Brovarine Intoxication

　催眠剤中毒による眼障碍に関しては古くから多くの報告があつて，カルモチン，アダリン，ブロムラール，ルミナール，カルデイナール，ベロナール，ウレタン等によつて，視力障碍，中心暗点，軸性視束炎，中心動脈痙攣，眼筋麻痺，瞳孔強直，外斜視，其の他を起すと述べられている。私は最近，自殺を図つてブロバリン150錠（15g）を服用，未遂に終つて覚醒後に長期間の一眼の散瞳症を来した例を経験したので報告する。

A woman of 28 years old. 150 tablets of brovarin were used for her suicide. She awakened 18 hours later from her attempted suicide. Mydriasis remained in the left eye.

Visual acuity: left 0.1, right 0.7. The left pupil: 7.5mm. The right: 3.5mm. Direct and indirect light reflex: left (-), right (+). Miosis of the left pupil occured after pilocarpine administration, but began to dilate some hours later, and became the same as before 24 hours later. Paralysis of the accommodation was remained.
