　前房隅角視診法は緑内障の診断のみならず，種々の疾患に用いられる事はTroncosoが1948年以来述べている所である。更らに生体顕微鏡では観察出来ない状態が，偶然隅角検査を行う事に依つて発見される場合などもあり，その使用範囲は極めて広い。今回は数例の角膜，虹彩疾患に就て報告する。

The angle of the anterior chamber at the old interstitial keratitis by syphilis, iridocyclitis, Harada's disease and a traumatic iridodialysis were observed with new Koeppe contact glass and gonioscope with magnification of 20 X.

At the interstitial keratitis, the angle of anterior chamber was wide with normal ocular tension. However, peripheral synechias appeared in almost of all the cases. They were small and narrow conical, or mound trabecular synechia.

In cases of iridocyclitis, the angle of anterior chamber had more many conical or mound trabecular synechias with the narrower angle and higher ocular tension than keratitis.
