緒言

　先天性視神経乳頭窩は1882年Wietheによりはじめて記載された比較的まれな疾患である。Regenbogen^1）によれば，その25％に中心性網膜症，黄斑部嚢腫，黄斑部網膜剥離，黄斑部裂孔，黄斑部網脈絡膜出血，黄斑部変性，色素沈着等の黄斑部障害が認められる。先天性視神経乳頭窩に合併して各種の黄斑部障害の起こる機序が種々推測されているが，私どもも今回扁平な黄斑部網膜剥離を伴う乳頭窩の2症例について，螢光眼底造影によりその機序を推測しうる所見を得たのでここに報告する。

Two cases of congenital optic pit with ma-cular detachment were reported. The purpose of this report is to demonstrate the clinical and angiographic findings and the experimental st-udies of the histologic proof of injected sodium fluorescein in the optic disc.

(1) In one case fluorescein diffuses into the optic pit. In another case abnormal findings are not obtained on the angiogram. (2) In the ex-perimental studies fluorescein diffuses into the optic disc from the surrounding choroid at the margin of the scleral foramen.
