（展示215）　黄斑部剥離を伴った裂孔原性網膜剥離52例52眼を対象に，術後視力0.5以上の良好な群と0.5未満の不良な群に分類し，術後視力に影響を与える術前因子について比較検討した。術前視力は術後視力とよい相関（p＝0.0004）が得られたものの，術前視力不良例の術後視力は不良なものから良好なものまでさまざまであった。術後視力良好な群では，剥離の範囲が小さく，推定剥離期間が短い傾向にあった。年齢，手術術式では2群間に差はみられなかったが，術後視力良好群では手術回数が少なく，初回復位率も高かった。

We reviewed the surgical outcome in 52 eyes with rhegmatogenous retinal detachment with detached macula. The eyes were divided into two groups : those with postoperative visual acuity of 0.5 or better and in those with lesser visual acuity. The preoperative visual acuity was positively correlated with the postoperative one (p =0.0004) . Eyes with poor preoperative visual acuity resulted in variable postoperative visual acuities. Eyes with good postoperative acuity were characterized by smaller area of retinal detachment and by shorter duration of detachment. These eyes also showed higher rate of reattachment and necessitated fewer repetitions of surgery. There was no difference regarding the age and the surgical procedure between the two groups.
