（展示213）　31歳男性が1年前からの左眼視力障害で受診した。初診時視力は左0.3であった。両眼に乳頭コロボーマがあり，左眼には乳頭から黄斑を含む網膜剥離があった。左眼乳頭に接する網膜にレーザー光凝固を行ったが剥離は改善しなかった。9か月後に黄斑円孔が生じ，視力0.03に低下した。硝子体手術により視力は0.1に改善した。乳頭の先天異常に続発した黄斑部網膜剥離に対しては，早期の硝子体手術が有効であると推定された。

A 31-year-old male presented with visual blurring in the left eye of one year's duration. His visual acuity was 0.3 left. Both eyes showed congenital coloboma of the optic disc. The left eye showed retinal detachment extending from the optic disc to the macula. Photocoagulation to the juxtapapillary retina failed to improve the retinal detachment. Macular hole developed 9 months later. The visual acuity was 0.03. The visual acuity improved to 0.1 after visual surgery. This case illustrates that early vitrectomy may be the treatment of choice for macular retinal detachment secondary to coloboma of the optic disc.
