巨大乳頭の1例，特に眼底写真の倍率による診断について

A Case of Megalopapilla Diagnosed by Means of Optical Calculation of Fundus Photograph

緒言

　巨大乳頭Megalopapillaとは乳頭が正常の範囲を越えて，はるかに大きいものである。Fran—ceschetti （1950）により初めて報告されたもので，わが国では教室石井・山田（1951）の記載がある。

　Franceschettiの症例は25歳男子に現われたもので，眼底検査で甚しく大きくみえたものである。Goldmannのコンタクトレンズを用いてocularにmicrometerを装備し，細隙灯顕微鏡で眼底計測したところ，右眼乳頭径2.45mm，左眼2.11mmで正常乳頭100人における計測平均値1.6224±0.0152mmに対し甚しく大きい値であつたと報告している。盲斑も大きく，レ線による視束管撮影にて視束管も両側とも大きかつた。近視性乱視があつたが，視力はほぼ正常，色神には異常がなかつた。

Megalopapilla was found in the left eye of 13-year-old girl with coloboma of the lid in the same eye.

Fundus photographs were taken by Olympus fundus-camera GRC and Nikon slit-lamp with the aid of the Goldmann contact lens.

The magnification of the fundus picture was calculated in order to estimate the anatomical size of the optic disc.

The magnification of the photograph by fun-dus-camera was expressed by the following formula :
