立体眼底撮影法

Stereoscopic Fundus Photography

I．緒言

　網膜病変，乳頭変化などで立体観察を必要とするものは少なくない。これらに対し普通検眼鏡による視差移動法，双眼検眼鏡，細隙燈顕微鏡などによる観察が行われ，それぞれ特徴をもつているが，立体眼底写真の価値も場合により非常に高い。殊にその記録性が長時間の観察を可能にし，より客観性を増大する。又拡大することにより，かなり微細な立体観察を行うこともできる。

　近年光学器械技術が発達し容易に眼底写真がとれるようになつた。立体眼底写真の撮影法にはいろいうな試みがある。なかには特殊なAttach—mentを必要とするものもあるが，普通の眼底カメラでも撮ることができる。

Optical condition on stereoscopic fundus pho-tography was studied. 1) Three methods were reported in literature to take stereophotograph of the fundus, rotation of the subject's eye, angulaticn of the camera and cornea-induced parallax method.

In any methods, stereoscopic effect was obtai-nable, if the position of two pencils at princi-pal point plane of the eye fell apart. 2) Depth between two points in the fundus could be cal-culated from the formula (1).
