第2報にひきつづき新光学系を応用した45°広角眼底カメラの構成，その臨床成績等について述べる。
The wide angle fundus camera which covers 45° of field has been built and clinical trial was performed. The camera has capability of tak-ing all most all lesion of posterior pole in single photograph. It is particularly useful to review widely spread fundus lesions, and also helpful to save effort and time for fundus photography.
