Contour-Line Map of the Fundus Drawn by Means of Stereoscopic Photography

I．緒言

　眼底の立体写真には，写真のもつ記録性，写実性の他に，長時間の観察，検討が可能であるという生体観察では求められない特性があり，眼底の立体観察方法としてきわめてユニークな位置を占めるものである。

　われわれは本法についていろいろ研究中で，すでに眼底立体撮影法，観察法，眼底上の高低の深径計測法などについては発表した。

Contour-line maps of the fundus were drawn by means of stereoscopic photography.

1) A cornea-induced parallax method was chosen to take stereoscopic photographs of the fundns.

2) Elevations, or depths between two points on the fundus were calculated from the follo-wing fomula.

Δ=1.5D･f_e/i/PP'+1.5D/iΔ=f_e･D/m/PP'+D/m

Δ: depth between two points on the tundus.

f_e: posterior focal length of the eye

D: (distance between the image of the two points on one stereoframe) minus (distance between the images of the two points on the other stereoframe)

i: diameter of the optic nerve on the photo-graph
