眼底写真の倍率計算

緒言

　眼底写真により眼底の計測をする場合，乳頭径を基準にして比較計算をする方法が行なわれる。しかし乳頭径には個人差によるばらつきがあるので，計測値を各個人について比較するさいにはこのばらつきが影響してくる。そこで光学的に眼底写真の倍率を計算する方法が考えられる。

　光学的の倍率計算には被検眼における種々の光学値，ならびに眼底カメラの光学値が関係して復雑なため，従来はほとんど試みられることがなかつた。

The magnification of fundus photograph can be determined following formula. The total re-fractive power of the eye was assumed to be constant 60D in emmetronia.

M=60f''(60+D_E/60+D_E+60dD_E

M : magnification

f'' : focal length of the fundus camera which is constant for each apparatus.

D_E : ocular ametropia in diopter ; measured in each case

d : distance between the anterior focal point of the eye and the anterior focal point of the camera ; definite to the camera

The magnification of the photograph taken with Olympus fundus camera GRC was calcu-lated by the above formula and was expressed in a tabular form.
